Ontario Liberal Government has gone “rogue” along with OPG and it’s “rewarding 3 executives for failure”!!!

Posted: March 28, 2014 in Uncategorized

You would think that the gas plant criminal charges that are coming at the Liberal Gang couldn’t be worse news but a day later here we have another massive taxpayer rip-off of $3,400,000.00 of PAY-OUTS for 3 FIRED executives of Ontario Power Generation who were “canned” over a scathing auditor’s report blaming them for outlandish pay raises and bonuses for their fellow executives that were, for the sake of a better description, “repugnant”!

“Pigs at a trough” are the usual descriptions of politicians and “backroom boys” who suck money out of taxpayer’s and consumer’s pockets, but then we wouldn’t want to insult pigs!

To put a bizarre and utterly unbelievable twist to this story here we have Kathleen Wynne once again declaring public “outrage” over something that has been in place during the McGuinty/Wynne reign of terror since 2003: absolute “bordering on the criminal” entitlement and the “milking of the public’s teet” with little or no oversight!

How much worse can this get?.………………just wait another day or two and something should reveal itself to make your stomach churn even faster!

The perversion and degeneration of this Government knows no bounds!

Ontario Power Generation will pay around $3.4 million to fire three executives after last year’s scathing auditor’s report slamming the giant electricity generation utility.

John Murphy, Executive VP of strategic initiatives, Lou Pollieri, VP assurance and chief audit executive and Chief Financial Officer Donn Hanbidge were fired in December after auditor Bonnie Lysyk revealed a litany of mismanagement.

Murphy, who had 33.5 years service with OPG was given $1.7 million in severance. Pollieri had only three years and got $265,000. Hanbidge has yet to settle, but in a statement Friday, OPG said that based on his years of experience and contract requirements it’s expected he will get about $1.4 million.

These miscreants get paid more for getting fired than the vast majority of people get paid, for working their butts off! I think the Libs are getting desperate, they know if another party gets in, and the depth of collusion and corruption is exposed, there will be hell to pay! They are buying silence like crazy, and paying premium prices!

Since when do you reward people for being fired? This nonsense has got to stop. It sure smells like “Hush” money to me.
