Did you know as a property owner in Ontario that McGuinty signed your rights over to the United Nations?

AGENDA 21………..read it! It was concocted by a bunch of “suits” all hiding inside the walls of a building in New York pretending to be “saviours of the world”!

These oligarchs and fat wee little greasy men and women are not your elected leaders, yet they talk like they should be!

They wrote up a mandate that is not only brief but cloaked in unrealistic language that reads like something out of a classroom for insane and very corrupt individuals who really don’t want you or I to know what it really says.

Try reading it sometime and you’ll need a sedative to regain your senses before you get through the first 10 pages!

One man tried to translate it into layman’s language, all of the 80+ pages and in the end his tally was well over 500 plus without finishing!

Did you know that Dalton McGuinty in November of this year made significant changes to the Planning Act that basically echoed all the BS that Agenda 21 has in place to follow?

Below is the meat of it and you should all not only be outraged by the attack on Ontario Landowners but also equally outraged at the audacity of this disgraced Government in sticking their noses in where they aren’t welcome! But then he got elected for 3 terms so I suppose you get what you pay for!!!!

No wonder the guy quit!………………….his “dirty work” is done!!!!!

Proposed Amendments to the Provincial Policy Statement affecting renewable energy

POSTED ON NOVEMBER 6, 2012

Vicky Simon –

The Provincial Policy Statement (PPS) sets out the Province’s policies respecting land use planning. The Planning Act requires that all planning-related decisions of municipal councils, planning boards, Ministries and ministry boards, commissions or agencies of the government, including the Ontario Municipal Board, be consistent with policy statements issued by the Province. Municipalities must use the PPS when developing and updating their Official Plans.

The current Policy Statement came into effect on March 1, 2005 and is required by legislation to be reviewed every five years to determine whether updating amendments are required. The Province commenced the required five-year review on March 1, 2010 and after extensive stakeholder consultation and input, released a draft amended version of the PPS this fall for stakeholder review and comments until November 23, 2012.

The proposed amendments to the PPS will make it a “greener” document in terms of protecting human health and the natural environment and recognizing the importance of matters such as sustainability, transit-supportive development, climate change mitigation and adaption, biodiversity and linkages, management of water and natural resources and energy efficiency and conservation in the development of communities that are both strong and healthy. The PPS will continue to speak to the promotion of opportunities for energy generation facilities to accommodate current and projected needs, and the use of renewable energy systems. These policies are relevant to those renewable energy systems/projects that are not exempt from the amendments made to the Planning Act pursuant to the Green Energy Act and are therefore also subject to the PPS.
A number of proposed changes to the PPS may be beneficial to renewable energy systems subject to municipal approvals under the Planning Act. For example, zoning and development permit by-laws will be explicitly required under Section 4.7 to be kept up to date with official plans which is in accordance with Planning Act provisions, however, they will be newly recognized as important implementation tools of the PPS and will also need to be kept up to date with the PPS. By extension, zoning and development permit by-laws will therefore need to promote the development of renewable energy systems.

As an additional direction to municipalities to promote renewable energy, Section 1.8.1 will require that planning authorities support energy conservation and efficiency, improved air quality, and climate change mitigation and adaptation through land use and development patterns which among other matters, include the promotion of design and orientation which maximizes opportunities for the use of renewable energy.

Additional siting flexibility may also result from the deletion of previous references to where renewable energy systems could be located-settlement areas, rural areas and prime agricultural areas.

Notable changes to Definitions Section 6.0 relevant to renewable energy systems include the expansion of the definition of “renewable energy” to include biogas in addition to wind, water, biomass resource or product, solar and geothermal energy. Additionally, biomass has been added to the definition of “agricultural uses”. These additional changes will further promote the development of renewable energy systems that are subject to municipal Official Plans, zoning and development permit by-laws.

  1. If people do actually object loudly to their MPP, hopefully they will repeat their objections to their MP and every one of their local council members while they’re on a roll.

This may enable them to discover that although ignorance of the law remains no excuse for any individual, their public officials often expect their alleged ignorance of Agenda 21 to suffice as justification for their progressive elimination of freedom, be this the reality behind their impotence or indicate only unwillingness to admit their complicity (whichever the case may be makes no difference to the devastating outcome for those they no longer represent or work for).

Anyone who remains uneducated about this Global Governance Agenda and its insidious “strategic planning process” that is inherent to “integrated” Local Agenda 21/ Sustainable Development implementation in communities worldwide may have previously felt foreboding discomfort they couldn’t quite put their finger on, at seeing their elected public officials line up to lay wreaths on Remembrance Day, supposedly to honour our veterans who fought and died for freedom – at the same time freedom in Canada is evaporating on their watch.

Once people gain a thorough understanding of Agenda 21, along with all details and implications of its implementation in Canada (some wishing they could return to blissful ignorance), that foreboding is no longer inexplicable.

Each approaching Remembrance Day ceremony that enables unaccountable politicians to keep up public appearances contrary to their freedom-destroying decisions, policies and regulations aligned with the UN’s Agenda 21 instead of principles that support individual rights and freedoms and guided by the “Precautionary Principle” (aka “the Lalonde Doctrine”) rather than the people becomes more painful to even think about, never mind watch.

Here’s a poem that noted this aspect about a year ago, written by an onlooker during one of several battles related to Local Agenda 21/ Sustainable Development, in our rural Ontario municipality of Marmora and Lake:

  2. The eco-fascists have now officially ruined the land use planning profession (sigh). I urge everyone to read Elizabeth Nickson’s new book – Eco-Fascists, How Radical Conservationists are Destroying Our Natural Heritage (approximately $19 at Amazon.ca). She charts how the eco-fascists have infiltrated almost every institution in and outside of government and destroyed the rural economy in their efforts to depopulate the countryside. Folks, Agenda 21 is real and it’s being implemented in Ontario at an accelerating pace. If we continue down this path, we are looking at massive economic devastation and a destroyed environment. This is not about the critters or the environment, it’s about control of the population. I urge everyone to call their MPP and object loudly.
