Wind Turbines for Toronto!!!!!

Posted: April 30, 2012 in Uncategorized

Hey Toranta!……want some Wind Turbines?……….all you “Green folks down at Mountain Co-op” should start to push really hard at Toronto City Council to plead with Dalton for some really big Wind Turbines that can be located just off-shore around “Ontario Place Casino” to showcase your belief that Wind Energy is Good, Clean, Dependable and worthy of having  just a few hundred birds chopped up into fish size pieces.

After all, Rural Ontario has done it’s part to fulfill the “Green Dream” McGuinty has envisioned for all of his “children” in Ontario. Unfortunately we “country bumpkins” didn’t have a choice due to the Green Energy Act, Bill 150 which forced these Turbines into our farms and villages without any Democratic dissent!

Now it’s Toronto’s turn. Call your Councilor and demand that they get Rob Ford on side with this and then get him to go to Premier Dad and demand that Toronto join the Green Revolution that is sweeping the world (into bankruptcy)!

If you want to join this Green Dream call this number immediately. These people will probably offer to take you out to supper with a few drinks thrown in to have you on their side!

22 Turbines for Toronto!

The Toronto 22

That has a nice alliterative ring, doesn’t it? There’s a big discussion over at Ontario Wind Resistance about putting some wind turbines in Toronto and having the residents there do their part in fulfilling Ontario’s dreams about wind energy. In an effort to constructively add to that discussion, I’ve created a 3-D Google Earth KMZ file that shows 22 turbines placed in Toronto’s harbour.

Happy flying.

  1. Just remember that this whole idea started over at Quixote (http://quixoteslaststand.com/2012/04/26/solution-to-the-great-wind-debate/), because we’ve been getting such a good response that we’re going to be posting updates and petitions, etc, over there as we move along with this.
Anyone who wants to help with the petitions, please email us @
