For years now we have all listened and witnessed the absolute take over of business, politics, and mainstream media by the Climate Alarmists such as Al Gore, David Suzuki, Environmental Defence, Sierra Club, Greenpeace, WWF and many many other ENGO’s all in the name of Global Warming and the “end of the planet” rhetoric!
Once their scheme to control the message started to whither and die they became more and more “militant” and “desperate” to save their funding and very existence.
It all came to an ugly end when Peter Gleick, co-founder of the respected Pacific Institute, released documents that apparently showed the anti warmist Heartland Institute was funded by interests other than what they had publicly claimed.
One problem. The documents were “doctored” to suit the mesage, much like the IPCC’s documents have been all along that supported all these “group lies”!
Now Heartland has called on the FBI to go after Gleick and hoping criminal charges will be brought against him and others!
This could possibly be the spark that ignites the massive backlash against all the harm that has been done world-wide by these “fake Green groups”!

FBI called in over climate change mole

The Chicago-based free market Heartland Institute has called in the FBI and threatened other legal action against a global warming proponent who has admitted stealing emails from the institute in a bid to embarrass and discredit the group’s questioning of climate change.
Heartland officials tell Washington Secrets that they have been in talks with the FBI over the case against prominent global warming proponent Peter Gleick, co-founder of the respected Pacific Institute. Heartland is getting ready to reveal their probe of the affair, which they hope the FBI will act on.
Gleick posed online as a board member of the libertarian group to pry embarrassing emails and internal funding reports which ended up online this month. He also is suspected of writing a sensationally mistake-filled “strategy memo” based on the emails and posted online. The Pacific Institute’s board has expressed concern about the case.
Heartland is also seeking legal action, both criminal and civil. Still, they are stumped at why he tried espionage to attack Heartland when he had been invited to publicly challenge climate change doubters at an upcoming benefit dinner. He didn’t RSVP.

The real story in this Fakegate scandal is how the global warming movement is desperate, delusional, and collapsing as global warming fails to live up to alarmist predictions. People with sound science on their side do not need to forge documents to validate their arguments or make the other side look bad. Also, people who are so desperate as to forge documents in an attempt to frame their rivals are clearly not above forging scientific data, studies, and facts to similarly further their cause. It is both striking and telling how global warming activists have failed to condemn the acts of forgery in the Fakegate scandal.

FAKEGATE ILLUSTRATES COLLAPSING GLOBAL WARMING ALARMISM
Why would a prominent scientist/global warming activist commit acts of fraud and theft against global warming skeptics and then send to the media a forged document containing fictitious, over-the-top schemes that would embarrass skeptics? Answer: Because global warming activists cannot muster sufficient credible science to win the debate.
With the weight of damning evidence closing in on him, scientist/activist Peter Gleick has admitted he was the “Heartland Insider” who committed fraud and identity theft, lying and stealing his way into possession of Heartland Institute internal documents and then sending those documents to global warming activist groups and sympathetic media. Gleick also sent to the press an additional document, a fake “2012 Climate Strategy,” that he claims he did not write.

Of course the FBI might decide to investigate Heartlands claim to charity status when it is clearly a lobby group. That would be a much more serious offense if shown to betrue.

Good, investigate Heartland. And, what about Gleick, if true, would his offense be more serious? But who cares.
The AGW movement is and has always been a massive deception. It’s well past time to move on and push back on the policies that come out of it. Debate and finger pointing are a waste of time at this point. Let’s focus our energies on slowing the steamroller.

As has been posted all over the net “the FBI has been called in” by Heartland and from all the chatter out there I assume they are weighing their options. If one takes the time to dig deeper one will find that many “warmers” are still quoting the original false documents that were released without any retractions. Suzuki Foundation is one…………..also check comments in Huffpost and you’ll find a huge disparity between what is the factual evidence here and the opinions of some AGW folks.
I’m sure the FBI will have a formal announcement soon as the pressure is building.
